Material description:
ERGITAN® 3.7035 MG corresponds to ASTM F67 "cold worked" but only chemical analysis to ISO 5832-2* which are international standards for commercially pure (CP) titanium for medical implants. The material is characterized by tight tolerances and good roundness and straightness.

Condition:
Cold worked, ground, polished.

Technical properties:
Straightness: ≤ 0,5 mm / 1000 mm
Surface roughness: Rmax ≤ 5µm / Rz ≤ 3µm / Ra ≤ 0,5µm

Delivery form:
Lengths of 3000 mm (-0/+50 mm)

*ISO 5832-2 does not include cold worked condition for Titanium Grade 2. Only annealed condition is listed.
